Logo Design

Patent Drawings

We create drawings in form and format ready for submission to the US Patent & Trademark Office.  Necessary views are created to properly illustrate all embodiments of the invention. 


Applicants are required by law to furnish a drawing of the invention whenever the nature of the case requires a drawing to understand the invention. However, the Director may require a drawing where the nature of the subject matter admits of it; this drawing must be filed with the application. This includes practically all inventions except compositions of matter or processes, but a drawing may also be useful in the case of many processes.


Utility patent drawings, design patent drawings, sketches, and miscellaneous mechanical illustrations can be provided.


Trademark Drawings

Applications to the USPTO must include a clear “drawing” or depiction of the trademark you want to register.  Federal trademark law requires that you provide a drawing with your application for the USPTO to assign the application a filing date and move it toward registration.
